Home of the 2-Year Labor Warranty
It's easy to forget to keep up with regular air conditioning system maintenance, but "letting it go" will have seriously unpleasant consequences later. If it has been a year or more since your last tune-up, now is the time to call.
Every year that you go without a tune-up increases your chances for problems like expensive repairs or having to replace your system sooner than you intended. Don't forget that an Air Conditioning unit that is not maintained also gets less efficient, meaning you pay more to run it.
It's easy to forget about air conditioner maintenance, but it's crucial for avoiding problems. You don't want to be reminded of it when you have a breakdown during a heat wave! Regular tune-ups will help avoid costly repairs and extend the life of your unit.

The agreement includes bi-annual service and 21-point inspection of (1) one HVAC system. Each visit will include a checklist, description of equipment (attached photos or written) and any recommendations by Coastline Heating and Cooling to keep your system in optimal working condition.
There's no way to get a truly comprehensive and effective tune-up that cheap without sacrificing quality. With some of these cheaper alternatives, the "tune-up" is done in as little as 10 minutes! (What they are really doing is looking for a big, obvious problem to charge you to fix. If you don't have one, they aren't hanging around).
A Coastline Heating and Cooling Tune-Up is much better and more effective. First, it takes about 60 - 90 minutes because we are so thorough and we clean it so well. We have a checklist of 21 separate operations to make sure nothing is missed; you can be absolutely certain that your unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected.
