21-point inspection includes

CONDENSER (outdoor unit)

1 Check compressor and fan motor amp draw
2. Inspection of all high and low voltage wiring
3. Inspection of contactor
4. Check capacitor to verify it is within spec
5. Inspect defrost board & defrost control board
6. Inspect defrost control sensor
7. Inspection of fan blades (vibration)
8. Inspection for corrosion
9. Inspect condenser coil (light clean if needed)
10. Check refrigerant pressures

AIR HANDLER (indoor unit)

11. Inspection of blower housing for vibration and cleanliness
12. Inspection of blower motor
13. Check and clean all primary and secondary drain pans
14. Check and clear/clean all aspects to condensate drain line
(Including P-trap, SS2 safety float switch and remaining line)
GUARANTEED FREE OF CLOGS FOR 45 DAYS
15. Inspection of all high and low voltage wiring
16. Inspection of emergency heat strips
17. Inspect fan relay
18. Evaluate and Inspect duct system for air leaks
19. Inspect evaporator coil (light clean if needed)

THERMOSTAT
20 Check low voltage wiring at thermostat
21 Verify "set points" are achieved
